bpxech Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means the bpxech website, mobile-optimised interface, casino lobby, sports betting section, cashier, and all related services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the bpxech Platform, denominated in PKR.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of PKR funds held within a User's Account at any given time, including deposited funds and credited winnings.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any sports bet, casino game stake, or other risk-based transaction placed by a User on the Platform.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and any other payment methods listed in the bpxech cashier from time to time.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning set out in Section 7 of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Registration

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use the bpxech Platform in any capacity. Use of the Platform by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited.
2. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your location.
3. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the bpxech Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bpxech makes no representation that the Platform is available or lawful in any specific country, province, or city. Pakistani users must independently assess their obligations under applicable local laws before registering.
4. Registration on the bpxech Platform requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
5. bpxech reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons.
6. By registering, you confirm that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited, and that you are not accessing the Platform in circumvention of any applicable law or restriction.

3. Account Management

1. Each User may hold only one Account on the bpxech Platform. The existence of more than one Account per individual — whether registered under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bpxech will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3. You must notify bpxech immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach by contacting the bpxech support team via live chat.
4. bpxech strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA provides a significant additional layer of security for your Account and PKR balance.
5. Account balances are not transferable between accounts or to third parties.
6. bpxech reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership) at any stage of the registration process or at any point during the lifecycle of an Account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. All Account transactions — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bpxech does not charge Platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
2. Deposits must be made using Approved Payment Methods listed in the bpxech cashier. Deposits from third-party payment instruments not belonging to the Account holder are prohibited.
3. bpxech applies minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits that are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with Section 3.6 above. bpxech reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.
5. bpxech processes withdrawal requests to the Approved Payment Method used for the most recent deposit or the payment method designated by the User at the time of the withdrawal request, at bpxech's discretion.
6. Funds deposited into your bpxech Account are not held in a segregated client account. By depositing, you acknowledge and accept this arrangement.
7. bpxech does not accept deposits from or pay withdrawals to any payment method belonging to a person other than the registered Account holder.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

1. All bets and casino wagers are placed at the User's sole discretion and risk. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified except as expressly permitted by bpxech for specific game types.
2. In the event of a technical failure, software error, or communication disruption during a bet or game round, bpxech's records shall be the definitive reference for resolving any dispute regarding the outcome of that bet or game round. bpxech will use reasonable endeavours to resolve such incidents fairly.
3. bpxech reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error, or placed in breach of any applicable betting rule. Void bets will be refunded to the User's Account balance in PKR.
4. All casino games available on the bpxech Platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for RNG titles, or conducted via live dealer studio environments for Live Casino products. Historical game outcomes do not influence future results in RNG games.
5. Sports betting markets, odds, and available fixtures are subject to change without prior notice. bpxech does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or event.
6. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betting and casino products and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface prior to wagering.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

1. bpxech may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered Users from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant promotion.
2. In the absence of specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement applies before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms.
3. Bonuses and promotional funds may not be withdrawn directly; they must be converted to withdrawable real-money balance by satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
4. bpxech reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus harvesting, multi-accounting for bonus purposes, or use of automated systems to fulfil wagering requirements — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the bpxech Platform:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if under 18 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose under applicable laws;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical malfunctions on the Platform;
• Colluding with other Users, employees of bpxech, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software comprising the Platform;
• Transmitting any malicious code, virus, or harmful data to or through the Platform.

Detection of Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of all associated balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

1. bpxech is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides registered Users with access to the following responsible gaming tools within the Account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion (timed or permanent).
2. bpxech enforces a strict 18+ age policy. Account verification procedures are in place to prevent underage access to the Platform.
3. If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, bpxech strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool available within your Account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
4. bpxech's 24/7 live chat support team is available to assist any User who wishes to apply account restrictions, including deposit limits and self-exclusion, at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the bpxech Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and user interface design — is the proprietary intellectual property of bpxech or its licensed content providers.
2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the bpxech Platform without prior written authorisation from bpxech.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpxech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
2. bpxech does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
3. bpxech shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from technical failures, interruptions to service, or third-party system failures affecting the Platform.
4. In all cases where bpxech's liability is not fully excluded under applicable law, bpxech's aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

11. Suspension & Termination

1. bpxech reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bpxech has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder has engaged in Prohibited Conduct; (b) the Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement; (c) the Account holder has provided false registration information; or (d) bpxech is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
2. Where an Account is suspended or closed due to suspected Prohibited Conduct, any balance held within that Account may be withheld pending investigation. In cases where Prohibited Conduct is confirmed, forfeiture of balance may apply.
3. Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the bpxech support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to the User's designated payment method.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
2. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, Users agree to first contact bpxech's support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution of the dispute. bpxech is committed to resolving Account and betting disputes in a fair and timely manner.
3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, the more specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
